Where are you based and where do you ship?

We're based in Singapore and currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you're unable to see your country on the check out page, please drop us a message at hello@rubymerlot.com.

How much is shipping?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our team processes orders within 1-3 business days.

Standard shipping within Singapore typically takes 1-3 business days. International shipping times depend on the destination and the courier service used. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! If you need your Classic Ruby Bag ASAP, we can offer express shipping. Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location, please email hello@rubymerlot.com to enquire! 

Do you ship internationally?

Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
